Get ready for some delicious grilled chicken
The 9th annual Janesville Lions Club Chicken Roast will be held from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Aug. 15, 2021 in Janesville’s scenic Riverside Park. All Chicken Roast proceeds support the Janesville Lions Club’s community service projects.
Tickets are $11 in advance from any Lions Club member or online, or $13 at the gate.
Each dinner includes:
- One-half grilled chicken (breast, wing, thigh, leg)
- Baked potato
Hot dog meals (hot dog & chips) available for $3 each. Soda and bottled water can be purchased separately.
This year’s event again coincides with Riverside Park Music Festival. This event will be held rain or shine, and all the music and entertainment is FREE! The all-day event will feature musical groups sponsored by the Friends of Riverside Park, a wine and beer tent, shuffleboard games, and family activities.

This ticket guarantees you a chicken dinner anytime between 11AM-3:30PM on Sunday, Aug. 15. Each dinner contains one-half grilled chicken, baked potato, and applesauce.
Soda and water available for separate purchase; the Friends of Riverside Park will be selling beer and other refreshments.
Note: We cannot guarantee dinners will be available for advance ticket holders who arrive after 3:30 p.m.
